How to Prepare a Guitar

Chapter 2 Ð Prepared Guitar Techniques

2.4 Ð Buzzing Object

Quiet often a buzzing sound can appear while preparing. For instance when the seesaw position is causing a very rapid tone. Buzzing can also occur with a solid bridge, when the vibrating string is not strongly attached to the third bridge or any other object youÕve added. Weaved paper or a large paperclip are good tools for this effect. This sound is the sound of an Indian sitar.
