Feverdream

Feverdream was a Rotterdam based Dutch noise rock band formed in 1997 and broke up in 2008.

When I was in Zoppo I regularly toured with them. Feverdream made four albums and a few singles. The band was my favorite Dutch band when I was in Zoppo.

The Feel This Heartbeat EP is a 2006 remix project. The starting point was a song recorded somewhere during Feverdream's Italian tour in February 2004. This was the last song recorded with Saskia van Bodegom on Bass. Saskia van Bodegom was Feverdream's lovely bass player between 1996-2004.

The last Feverdream show was with The Moi Non Plus.

Frontman Rene van Lien and drummer Arnold van de Velde also play in the band At No Bikini Beach, besided this van Lien also does solo performances and played in Jimmy Barock before they broke up.

I remet Rene at the State-X New Forms Festival 2008, where I did a presentation and we revived our friendship afterwards. Rene and Arnold started a new band called the Neon Rainbows with Arnaud (formerly in the bands Oil, De Vogels and Solo Men Only) and another Youri, spelled slight differently.

With this band they are currently doing a 2^nd project in collaboration with me. They are preparing a recording project with my instruments under the name ‘Soundtrack to a Panic Attack’.
